Apology

I really need to apologize to you guys. I was feeling much better on Saturday morning (although the bones in my face still kind of ache) but just forgot to check back in and post. I'm really sorry if any of you have been worrying that I've been in a coma on my bedroom floor all weekend.

I'm pretty sure I had a mild concussion. Intense pain, wooziness, and annoyance were my main symptoms. No vision problems or sleepiness. I did nap, but forced myself to to try to sleep off the pain (which did NOT work). My nose isn't broken, and at this point I don't think any of the bones in my face are, either. No raccoon eyes, either, which is nice.

I'm just going to post this now, while I work on the post I should have finished but watched the SuperBowl instead last night.

Glad you're okay, though! I was a little concerned, I'll admit, though I trusted that you have enough of a safety net that you weren't actually in a coma on the floor (just concerned that nobody might be able to tell us if you were out of commission).

The action taken to national disaster is great but it's a real shame that so many citizens take advantage of the negative situations.

I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill - there's always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.

This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys "angels" got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!

anything to me.Then again, I'm the director of Children's Christian Formation, so I doubt anynoe would say anything unless they wanted an earful. Oh, and a job teaching and running the Sunday school program.I understand that you don't want to leave your church: it's a community and we work really hard to find communities that work for us. But you might try visiting other churches just for a Sunday to see how you are treated and to see what their policies are regarding nursing mothers. I know that I would not want to be a part of a community that did not accept my daughter and I with open arms, and that even though I love my current church such treatment would possibly be enough to make me want to look and see what else was out there.
