as the well-known adage states beauty is in the eye of the beholder ! it means that men's facial hair is something attractive ! Personally, I guess it is a sign of virility ...

Facial hair can be appealing if a man knows how to look good with it.
He has to be clean and organized.
But some of them just look messy.
