Have to run to work, but let's talk about my writing books next week.

Start the new 60-Day Challenge on Monday? With 2 things instead of three? Think about doing one physical thing (exercise, eating something, taking a supplement) and one mental/emotional/spiritual thing.
@Foster - Congrats on the baby! I hope your recovery goes well. My goal while I was on maternity leave for the first 3 months (minus the first 2-3 week recovery period) was to get out of PJs by noon. It's possible, and I was able to do it even with The Baby Who Would Not Be Put Down! Granted it was usually stretchy maternity lounge pants, but it was clothes enough that I would go out for a walk in them! I even would brush my hair! You can do it!

Like Ada, I was very off during the last challenge. A major part of the problem was giving myself the TTapp for exercise, and I only have the book and have just not been able to learn all the moves/positions properly to feel like I could just do it.
So my new challenge will involve biking, which I know well.
I'm in!

Caramama, thank you! I actually really hate to wear pajamas or sweatpants all day, so I have been getting dressed every day. And my daughter, so far, is a really easy baby, so I may have lucked out! Thankfully, my husband is still off work this week, so I (we) can continue to adjust together :)

I'm definitely in for a 60 day challenge if I can EVER get over this illness I have... this is honestly the sickest I've been in many, many years and I am not a happy camper. Also, I have a huge stomach (convenience foods, anyone?) and I know that means bad things down the line... I have so many T-Tapp DVDs it seems a waste not to use them. I need to use them.
