Did well yesterday, although no yoga! Made pasta sauce from cans of organic tomatoes and tomato paste (with no HFCS). :-)

1. 5 servings of fruit/veggies a day: I have hit 5 a day, but not consistently. I have definitely improved my daily intake and am not going below 3.
2. Drink more water: Improved, but still room for more.
3. Multivitamin a day: Check. All good.
