Mat Johnson: Pym: A Novel
So far this book is everything. Like, everything in literature and exploration and culture all taken in and then spit back out like a serrated knife through soft butter.
Steven Gary Blank: The Four Steps to the Epiphany: Successful Strategies for Products that Win
Dense, with valuable ideas on every page.
Douglas Adams: The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Franz Babinger: Mehmed the Conqueror and His Time
Yes, he's reading this huge academic tome. A friend gave it to me, and when I handed it to my son he said, "I've heard a lot about this dude! Cool!" Nerdtastic.
Jeff Kinney: Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Book 1
He's ripping through this one.
Susan Champlin: Fight for Freedom (Cartoon Chronicles of America)

several days of stress eating (still waiting to hear on the interview, should be end of this week, as they have another interview to do early this week), and my weight has gone up. So much for intentional. Sigh.
BUT, the time is not yet up! And I can do more. And will. (Cue trumpets.)

I've been having dizzy spells for a few days, and went to the doctor to find out I have BPV (benign positional vertigo.) It should go away in a week to ten days. In the mean time, no sudden movements, no hanging upside down, etc. so no exercise. And I am horribly sleepy from the meds, which are similar to Benadryl. I think I'll change my goals just for the next week or so to getting my basic work done, taking my supplements, and trying not to yell at my kids out of exhaustion and irritation. Ugh.

haven't checked in for a while, but here goes!
t-tapp gonig ok. I'm managing to do at least BWO+ every other day,but should be doing more total workouts.
cleaning - meh. I hate cleaning.
relationship maintenance - going better. We seem to be back on the same wavelength. hooray!

Still have the underlying feeling that I am coming down with something without actually getting sick. Funny JB, I have been having dizzy spells too and have been attributing it to low blood pressure - maybe I need to see my doc.
Anyway, haven't been TTapping but have been doing long walks about 3 times a week to get me and the kiddies outside. Will be walking my daughter home from daycare today.
Doing well with the veggies and fruits.
Not so nice to husband because I have been feeling so icky and tired but haven't been mean to him either so I guess that's good.

Good luck with the interview, Hedra!
I've been doing quite well with cleaning something every day. Today I have laundry, floors, and bathrooms on the agenda, so I'll not have a problem meeting that goal.
Omega 3s and veggies haven't been great the last few days, only because I desperately needed to go to the store. Now I've got a new bottle of flax oil and a fridge full of fruits and veggies, so I should be okay. I'm about to go make my breakfast smoothie now, so that'll be 2-3 veggies right there.

BWO+ this morning - yeah!
Sunscreen is on!
Heading up to the water cooler in 15 minutes.

@Mommy-O
What's he done to deserve all this????
No, I'm joking of course. I look forward to the comments on your old man as mine is one pain in the butt too at the moment

I'm still here. Still flossing, skipping diet soda, and taking vitamins. Had my dental cleaning yesterday and the hygenist said to keep up the good work. w00t! For years I have been getting the "your gums look awful, you need to floss" speech, so I am psyched!

Am doing great on the fruits and veggies.
Less great on the cleaning the past couple days. The Man is coming home early tonight, so I'm putting him on boy duty while I tackle the kitchen. I think it should be nice and shiny again in under 15 minutes.
Also less great on the exercise. Every time I want to go out for a walk, I turn around and the boy's asleep. Still trying, though. Might go for an early evening walk tonight if he cooperates.

-been online entirely too much lately.
-exercise, here & there, mowing lawn, going on walk.
-getting to bed early, sometimes. bean is potty learning himself at night and wakes up because he needs to pee so it's been harder sleeping.
I too have been dizzy, wondering re: allergies or my back/neck getting too tight from lawn mowing/strollering or adrenals/fatigue...
hedra, been wondering about results of interview! glad to hear an update, but sorry you're hanging.

I'm at 3 days with no chocolate - which is great since I haven't been able to do a whole day without it!
I'm still taking my vitamin.
And I'm using the smaller plate with half of it veggies.
If only I can avoid the chocolate.

been doing pretty good remembering milk/supplements.
haven't been able to do much writing or reading as my inlaws have been here since friday...
have been having lots of fun and minimum griping/sniping with my husband, which is nice. we are doing better with our overall attitude/tone with each other and have been quick to apologize when we've gotten unnecessarily snarky.

I haven't been posting, but have been keeping up with my challenges. Very little soda, nearly none. Making an effort to initiate, though not succeeding really. Probably not eating enough WW points, but have been working on that, too.
I have a question, though. Started T-Tapping today. Totally can't do it. I can't maintain the stance for more than like 3 minutes. Holy VERY sore knees, thighs, and hips after that time. I weigh 334 pounds (down from 360 in January), so I went ahead and ordered the T-Tapp MORE set today. Is that the key for me? Anyone else have this problem? I was so excited to start; this is very disappointing.

Tara
I am still fairly new to TTapp so I can't speak long term and I don't know anything about the other DVDs. I got sore knees and hips when I first started and was a bit worried but it went away as I continued my bootcamp. I figured I was working areas I hadn't used often.
Is there anything on the website, like a support/help section?
