My parents and their two kids (7 and 8) were here over the weekend, so I didn't get anything accomplished except my supplements. But I also stayed sane, so hooray for that.
I also asked my husband for more nighttime help (he normally sleeps right through all the wakings.) Last night we took turns, and now he's all about the sleep training. Ha!

Got up this morning early enough to get a 40 minute spin in on the bike and a BWO+ before Alex woke (okay, he woke when I did, but I was able to ignore him until the BWO+ portion and ended up doing that to Dora instead of Theresa....but Dora wears a bathing suit and Theresa wears tight workout clothes so I felt it was comparable).
Plan to go to bed early tonight and hopefully turn over a new workout leaf? Will drink plenty of water today.
BTW, have been taking vitamins daily (haven't skipped a day) since the challenge started - though it isn't my goal it seems to have rubbed off on me. So thanks!

New smoothie recipe that include four (4!) servings of vegetables:
huge handful of raw kale
huge handful of baby spinach
half a huge cucumber
2-3 T greens powder
frozen blueberries
one peeled navel orange
water
It's 10 am and I only have on serving of vegetables left to consume for the day. I am a vegetable-eating bad-ass.

"I am a vegetable-eating bad-ass."
Never really thought I'd hear those words together and think, "yeah, you go with your bad-ass self!" :)
BWO+ this morning, sunscreen on. I skipped my afternoon water on Friday, but I'm just going to get back on the horse today. No beating up of self.
And can I just mention that I was disappointed to realize that the t-tapp 60 day challenge doesn't start until April 11? I thought it was April 1... Oh well.

My husband is away on business this week and I'm home with my 16 month old teething twins. God, help me. We did some "sexy maneuvers" beofre dh left so I feel ok about that part of my challenge. The water thing was a bust yesterday...too distracted with packing and panic. I'm goign to really try hard to carve out some time for myself this week but it is going to be a real challenge. The babies don't really understand my necessity for self-preservation.

the world is out to get me today. one kid was up from 11-3 and the other was up from 4-7. so I got 1 hour of sleep. blah.
kitchen cleanup - not going to happen. our well died today, so we have no water. I haven't managed to get a shower since thursday and I found out when I tried to take one this morning. i am very sad.
sex/relationship maintenance - ha! we'll just try to make it through the day with everyone alive.
t-tapp - I'll try to do BWO+ tonight, but just don't have a total workout in me today.

Argh. A week of awful last week kicked me off course after being really really consistent. So I'm starting afresh today. Hopefully. Made it through the workout and the piano practice but the whole avoid massive sugar intake goal is a lot hard to bounce back into.

been drinking milk and taking supplements every night.
got quite a bit organized on the next chapter to be written, need to do a comprehensive outline of it today.
have been trying to be super nice to my awesome husband, must be working b/c last night he randomly said to me "you're such a good wife" (and not in some cheezy 50's-era way, either) and so i didn't feel like a complete failure of a lump on the couch. whee!
wendy, you hang in there this week. survival mode it is! you made me laugh w/ "sexy maneuvers" ha!

Vitamins, flossing, and no diet soda all on track. I'm feeling like these are all becoming habits I can stick with.
This challenge continues to inspire me to do other things for myself. So this weekend I joined Weight Watchers and today I started a one week trial at the Y. I'm pretty excited so far, hoping to roll that enthusiasm into making eating well and exercising habits, too.

I've been distracted by moving and relatives (in town for a wedding last week) for the last week and a half, so this is an overall check.
Water - spasmodic. I realized that I was drinking WAY too much soda, and not enough anything overall, as shown by my nearly orange(!) pee, so I'm working on that.
Exercise - not so much. Walking hurts, and I haven't done my yoga disc yet. Oh, well, tomorrow is a new day!
Snuggling - all good!
Tarot readings - not so much.
