I remembered to floss *before* I got into bed!
I ate actual breakfasts! At a reasonable breakfast hour!
I looked at the label of the supermarket sandwich bread we eat all the time and discovered that HFCS is like the 3rd ingredient. Boo! So today I trekked to Trader Joe's and found a yummy, HFCS-free replacement (and bought 2 extra loaves for the freezer).
Funny side note. While at TJ's I was so enthused with finding cookies labeled as free of hydrogenated oils I bought them (also, gave DS a vote, so...), opened them, gave one to DS and ate one myself...before it occurred to me to see if they were kosher. Uh, no. So if anyone would like approximately 14 very good, hydrogenated-oil-free chocolate chip cookies...you know where to find me.

I checked in earlier and couldn't even bare to write a comment because I had not done anything, but it did motivate me to do something. So, yesterday was a zero, except for making the commitment. Today:
1) NFP Charting: I didn't take my temp. today, and I realized the thermometer wasn't even in the bedroom. So, I moved the thermometer back into the bedroom and updated the info for other fertility signs.
2) Bible Study & Prayer: I did the Bible school reading for this week and last week. Then I prayed for a while during the kid's nap time.
3) T-Tapp: I haven't gotten the book yet, but I did make myself dance around with the kids a bit just to get some exercise. I really don't like high impact stuff, though.

1. Was in bed by 10:30, asleep by 11 (Felt great this morning!)
2. Did yoga
3. Prayed
I was totally stressed out today about all I needed to get done and still workout and be in bed on time, but my husband took the baby for the afternoon, which means I've got my work done for today. I just have to make a dessert for a party tomorrow and workout!! Yea!

Yesterday was good, except I forgot to floss until I was half asleep. Today was my marathon work day, so no minute even for hoe downs, and no writing required. Am going to do the HDs right now. Would not do them if did not feel accountable to this post. Brain utterly fried.

Hooray for the ladies who got got themselves some lovin'! GREAT idea about flossing in the shower. Maybe that will do the trick for me. Well, nothing on the workout either since I have to use every free minute to study at the moment, but after March 7th, I should be good on that front. So, long story short: nothing accomplished here yet. No sex, flossing or exercise. But I feel good about the fact that I ordered this fab serum to protect my face against environmental damage so that should help me out in my quest for better skin.

hello all, this is my first time commenting, and i'm happy to say i am joining you all on the 60-day challenge.
during the past two years i've been incorporating many of the suggested goals into my daily life (64 oz. water, no HFCS, only whole grains, no soda, bought a bicycle), but there are alway more good habits to adopt.
my 3 goals (i read everyone's comments yesterday and these are the ones that really appealed to me):
1) dry brushing before shower
2) 20 sit-ups each weekday
3) multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin C daily
and so far so good! thanks for the added motivation!

oh, one other comment about flossing before bed. my boyfriend and i reinforce each other on that one. i'll say "will you go do it, i already did" or vice versa. helps to fight the laziness and makes for better morning breath.

I'm a little late getting started, but here's mine:
(1) No fast food.
(2) Drink more water (8 glasses a day or whatever)
(3) Clean as I go. No more letting the house turn into a disaster then spending hours getting it back.
Thanks! Here's hoping...

Did okay with my goals - although since I have been up with a needy 11 month old since 430 am, did not make it to the gym (did crawl around and chase her at her gym class however) and dinner was a last-minute scarf fest of pizza (whole wheat with veggie toppings) and wings (baked not fried). Of course, day 1 of this and is the worst day for me in awhile, but will do better! Tomorrow is a new day. 59 to go...

Also ran out of vitamins 2 days ago and waiting for my online shipment. Should be arriving tomorrow, I hope. Typical. Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow...its only a day away!

Normally, a total lurker here but I need to be held accountable to stay on track so here goes:
1. No soda or artificial sweetener in my green tea.
2. No candy, cookies, or ice cream. I have a raging sweet tooth so this one's the killer for me.
3. Did one measly set of crunches. Not a great start on the exercise, but it's something.

whoo hoo! off to a good start:
1 -- no soda -- at all --- yippee! lots of h2o instead.
2 -- started with the dvd in the back of the t-tapp book (yesterday) and did the instructional for the basic workout today
3 -- have been reading a chapter here and a chapter there in _eat pray love_ (a book i'm *finally* getting to).
may the good vibes continue...

check to the being more patient with partner---we even shared some jaunty banter over dinner; minus to the strength training today; check to the working on paying off debt--actually called about setting up a better payment schedule (had been avoiding that because it meant really sitting down to think about money, or lack thereof).
good start! cheers to our collective challenges

Not so bad for the first day, but I am discovering that my goals somewhat work against each other. At 10:50pm I realized that I could either get to bed by 11pm or do my Bible reading, but probably not both. So...
1. In bed by 11:30, not so bad
2. Did a little bit of Bible reading
3. Did 20 minutes of Pilates that felt really good!

Sex? Not yet...it's only been two days. Tonight maybe.
Does wine count toward my 64 oz? If so, I was sucessful- if not...nope- missed it by about 16 oz.
Me time- YAYYYYY!!! I got a massage yesterday. Heaven is calling my name!

1. Did lift weights on Tuesday morning (only did the bench press but it's a start -- I'll leave more time next week)
2. Stopped myself from one random email/internet session yesterday, but still had a lot of them
3. Did read Wed night instead of watching movies/TV
