So far I'm not doing so great on any of my goals--unless lentils count as vegetables! However, I'm planning a stirfry for dinner tonight with plenty of veggies, which will help. And once the baby wakes up for his nap, we're going to head upstairs to his room for some dancing around, which will count as my exercise on this cold, blustery day (too windy for a walk).

I'm reporting on my own blog.

How come this is day 3? I missed a check in I guess?
Yesterday I
1. did great with no soda,
2. Did not exercise
3. Did not go to bed by 10:30, because I fell asleep with P when I put her down, so slept for 45 minutes before 10:30. This is a constant problem for me, and maybe will help me clarify what my goals ought to be.

Exercise: playdate met at park & gym, where we all ran around w/kids
was gone all day so not much Internet, but last night when I was flossing a piece of filling (!) came out so I spent ages posting for recommendations & doing research.
because of filling freak out, stayed up too late, but not as late as previous night.
sex, ha.

Day 3, not so much of a success, but not a total failure either:
1. 20 minute walk home from school
2. Not in bed by 11pm, but it would have been earlier if Moosy hadn't woken up needing to be nursed back down 3 or 4 times during the evening.
3. No Bible reading, by the time I got everything done I couldn't hold my eyes open.
sigh, but tomorrow is a new day, and I have scheduled to go to a yoga class with a friend.

Slim--the day M&Ms cease to be real food will be the day life ceases to be worth living.
1) Now that I've started sleeping I may never stop. Been in bed and sound asleep by 11:15 but so sound asleep I'm forgetting to set or sleeping through my alarm.
2) This much sleep has addled my brain to the point where I don't even remember my other two! Have to go back and check original post.

Chugging along pretty well!
1)I have drank at least four glasses of water a day for the last three days, and completely elimated soda.
2) I have made it to bed by 10:15 each night, and lights out by 11. (Wooooo!)
3) The husband hasn't been home by my bedtime for the last few nights-- so haven't fulfilled the third goal yet, tho I technically have 11 days to go on that one! :)

I need to add a fourth goal to my previous three (water for soda, t-tapp,and reading -- which are all going great, btw!): I have been mindlessly eating WAY too often the last couple of days. So a new #4 -- be more aware of when I'm actually hungry and when I'm using food to accomplish something else internally... and cut out the latter!

Still doing good. Not drinking enough water, though. Need to just accept the fact I'm going to have to pee even MORE often and drink the stupid water.
One moment of weakness: for lunch served myself some (okay, okay, a HUGE plate of) spaghetti with italian sausage and then changed my mind and had a couple of slices of spinach pizza instead.

Adding my own report rather late, as didn't get a chance yesterday:
1. Steered clear of snacking
2. Did exercise routine
3. Not in bed until... (gulp) 3.30 a.m. However, believe it or not, I *still* feel OK on that one, as that was a combination of packing for a weekend trip away (there were some boring but genuine reasons why I couldn't have got most of it done any earlier) and watching 'Stardust' with my husband (spending time with my husband is something I regard as a good reason).
So, still OK on those.

1) Took my vitamin
2) ate chocolate :(
3) eating my veggies...and actually starting to like them!
