My daughter is 4 weeks old and I;ve been pumping since she was born because she is still in the hospital and hasn't really started feedings. The only problem is that I only get 20ml of milk from each breast when I pump for 20 minuet intervals every 3 hours. How can I increase this without pumping more frequently, since it's clearly draining me. Anything I can be eating and or drinking to increase? Please let me know Im desprit as 40ml of milk will not be enough for her when she is on full feed, whether it be by tit or bottle. anything will do
thank you

of neglect, patient of reproach, and bide his own time, happy enough if he can satisfy himdelf alone that thia day he has seen something truly.Do you understand?
